That’s where the 2017 Ford F-150 comes in.
The impressive power created by the 2017 Ford F-150 is matched by none of its segment competitors on the road today. It comes with a 3.5-liter V6 engine on its Raptor trim that’s able to produce 450 horsepower and 510 lb-ft of torque. Its base trim is a 2.7-liter V6, which offers 282 horsepower and 253 lb-ft of torque. It also offers a 5.0-liter V8 engine option with incredible power to make it a born tower and hauling machine.
Max. Towing Capacity
Of course, the exact amount you’re able to tow depends on which of these engine configurations you choose. Depending on which one you opt for, your Ford F-150 will be capable of towing between 5,100 lbs and 11,300 lbs.
Max Payload Capacity
Much like its different engine options, the 2017 F-150 also comes with a variety of different bed sizes. This affects now only how much you’re able to fit in the bed of your truck, but your payload capacity as well. Depending on which bed length you choose, the F-150 has a maximum payload capacity of between 1,641 lbs and 2,320 lbs.
